(sidenote)

Almost every morning on my walk from U-Bahnhof Fehrbelliner Platz to Die Neue Schule I see this old man walking his dog with help from his own walker.  The dog always barks and he yells at it.  He looks so grumpy.

I smiled at him the other day, and now he smiles at me every time I see him.
